Located just 100m from the sea, accessible by a small path! Between Riantec and Port-Louis, facing the Gâvres peninsula and its magnificent beaches. Privileged site for windsurfers. You can reach Lorient by boat-bus and take the departure to visit the Island of Groix.

Living room / dining room with television and (decorative) fireplace opening onto a south-facing terrace. Rustic interior.
Kitchen with ceramic hob (4 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, double-door refrigerator of 285l, freezer of 90l, electric filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle, teapot and tableware for maximum 12 place settings.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Floor:
Large master bedroom (sea view) with 160 cm bed.
One bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
One bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds.
Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, washing machine. Separate toilet.

Maison très bien située près de la mer et des commerces.
Quartier très calme
Avoir accès à l’eau à l’extérieur de la maison pour laver les crustacés.
