About this cottage rental
Nice and charming cottage of 120 sqm. 17th century house, fully renovated for an authentic stay for several families, in a 1 hectare property. The 6 rooms of character, carefully decorated (large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, including 1 for a baby, 1 large living room, 3 bathrooms with 3 WC), will make your stay pleasant.
Located in the centre of the hamlet, the house, an old farm-bar of the village, is marked with the passed conviviality. The house is accommodated to welcome 10 persons.
On the ground floor, you will find a large kitchen with a wood-burning stove and a living room (the old bar). A bathroom is next to the living room. Upstairs, you will find a parental bedroom, a baby's bedroom, and 1 bathroom with bathtub. 2 other bedrooms share the third bathroom of the house. Beautiful view of the valley.
Outside, you will be able to enjoy the shade of 3 old limetrees, on the old threshing area, to eat, play or relax. A barbecue is at your disposal.
On the ground floor:
- A fully fitted kitchen with numerous storage spaces (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven, oven-microwave, 3 hobs gas cooker, toaster, food processor, vacuum cleaner, iron and an ironing board, wood burning stove from the 1940's allowing to heat and cook). Double sofa-bed in case of 1 or 2 extra persons.
- 1 large living room with a sofa-bed (160x200) an armchair, a pouffe, a stereo system and television, with a separate night area (separated by a privacy divider) equipped with 140x200 bed. Bathroom (hand basin, shower, a WC, 1 changing table. hair dryer). A sleeping capacity for 4 persons.
Upstairs:
- A parental bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a desk, with a baby's bedroom (up to 2 years old) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 2 wash basins and WC.
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200), school desk, with en-suite bathroom (basin, shower, and WC).
- A large bedroom with a 140x200 bed.
That is a sleeping capacity for 6 persons and 1 baby.
Outside:
- Garage for bicycles and motorbikes and car park.
- Barbecue, garden furniture, tables and benches, and sun beds.

Vieille maison de famille, située dans un hameau très calme, à 15/20 mn de Sistéron en voiture. Très beaux paysages alentours ; possibilités de randonnées au départ de la maison. Petite rivière avec quelques jolies vasques avec de l'eau bien fraiche pour se baigner, à 8 mn à pieds de la maison. Beaucoup de possibilité de couchages, à réorganiser en fonction des envies. Les ados se sont installés avec plaisir dans la vaste chambre du bas (avec sa douche et toilettes attenants). Le salon, avec son grand canapé de velours bleu et sa baie vitrée, était la pièce préférée des adultes. La cuisine dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner. L'étage est séparé en 2 : d'un côté du palier une très grande et belle chambre avec une vue dégagée sur les montagnes que l'on traverse pour accéder à une petite chambre et à une agréable salle de bain avec baignoire et toilettes. De l'autre côté du palier, une petite chambre (lits superposés) qui permet d'accéder soit à des toilettes/douche soit à une chambre attenante plus vaste. Devant le salon, une "terrasse" accueille une grande table et un salon de jardin mais il est aussi possible de monter quelques marches pour accéder à l'ancienne aire de battage du hameau, transformée en jardins par les différents propriétaires du hameau, où une table et des transats sont installés dans l'herbe, sous des arbres. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine.

Nous avons passé un excellent WE entre amis. Le gite est très bien équipé, en pleine nature et reposant. L'accueil de Cécile et de son mari a été très chaleureux et la communication très facile.

Très bien. Excellent accueil. Maison décorée avec soin et avec goût. Très bonne literie. Maison qui a été habitée par les propriétaires et très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Très bien chauffée également. Rien à redire et à refaire.
