1 SPAR food store and the 1st beach are at 2.5kms and the town center with all the shops and another beach are at 2. 9kms. 1 large beach between issambres and st maxime is 4 kms.
Access in the residence:
1 swimming pool and 1 ball court about 400 meters walk from the villa (path with stairs to 50 meters from the villa) so no noise nuisance and 600 meters by car with access code, 1 ground of tennis with reservation (below the swimming pool of the residence) and children's games about 300 meters from the villa (going out on the right); access with badge.

This property is ideally placed for the views and the tranquility. It is a location which we would highly recommend having a car as the road down to the coast is steep and a little difficult to navigate in parts.
The house was just as depicted in the pictures and we were very happy with the cleanliness and layout. The kitchen caters well for multiple guests and everything works well.
We booked this accommodation through VRBO but please be aware this is also advertised elsewhere which leads us to our only dissatisfaction . We had arrived expecting bedding and towels to be provided only to find they were an additional cost which needed to be accounted for prior to arrival. Now that is all well and good but this information was only available on the other listings and not on VRBO. that being said when we took this up with the owner we found a mutually beneficial solution which addressed this issue.
I would respectfully ask the owner to please ensure there is consistent detail for this rental across all platforms so as to not create this confusion in the future.
The communication in dealing with this was first class though and we were happy with the solution.
We had a great time and would be happy to revisit if we holiday in this area again.

Ein Ferienhaus mit Potential! Das Haus liegt auf einer ruhigen Anhöhe (Auto unbedingt notwendig) mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Es hat einen schönen Pool und ausreichend Zimmer und Badezimmer mit Verbesserungspotential. Auch war (gerade aktuell in Corona-Zeiten!) nicht alles zufriedenstellend sauber. Die Vermieter waren aber freundlich.
