About this house rental
House renovated in 2017 on closed ground of 500 m2 in a calm street in 300 meters of the beach. the house is facing south with a large veranda with table and small lounge and outside a wooden terrace of 30m2 with barbecue.
On the ground floor :
Entrance hall with coat rack and shelves for shoes, washing machine, dryer and sink.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the equipment necessary for making good meals;
A dining room and a lounge with a wood stove for good winter evenings in front of the fire. (tele, wifi, dvd, speakers)
On the ground floor a room with a double bed 140 and shower, with sink and separate toilet.
For a good comfort the house is equipped with underfloor heating.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms.
The largest is equipped with a double bed of 160 with sea view and exposed to the setting sun;
The 2 other rooms are equipped with 2 beds of 90 in each room: which brings the capacity of reception to 8 people.
1 bathroom with double sink and shower, separate toilet.
This house is geographically well located 300 meters from the beach and the customs path. 6 kms from Cape Frehel and Fort la Latte and only a few miles from Golden Sands Pine and Erquy .St Malo and Dinan are 40 minutes drive.
In the near environment (less than 200 meters) you will find several restaurants with typical dishes of the region: Breton cakes, seafood and various local products. In summer the bakery is open.
A nice area for a good holiday!

Cette grande et agréable maison, bien chauffée (appréciable en janvier les jours de grand vent) a répondu à nos attentes et est conforme à la description sur le site Abritel.
Equipements extra, de la literie aux verres à vin !
Loueur attentionné, disponible et très réactif.
10 mn à pied avec des enfants pour aller à la plage, c'est juste idéal.
région magnifique qui même si on la connait, donne envie d'y revenir encore et encore.

Dieses Haus war einfach nur perfekt!
Angefangen bei dem freundlichen Vermieter,
der unkomplizierten Abwicklung, der genialen Lage des Hauses (300 m und man hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf die Strände bis hin zum Cap Frehel, die Strände sind genial bei Ebbe wie bei Flut!!)....das Haus war so sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt,
zudem hatten wir noch nie ein Ferienhaus mit so einer umfangreichen Ausstattung, es war wirklich alles da, wir konnten gar nicht alles ausnützen, von den Terrassenmöbeln/Grill/Strandstühlen, Wintergarten/Küchenausstattung...der Vermieter hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben - wir sagen DANKE an Fam. Chermat, dieses Haus würden wir sofort wieder buchen!
Cap Frehel mit Umgebung ist herrlich!

Maison impeccable, super jolie, super bien équipée et super bien placée, au calme et très proche de la plage. Vue sur mer depuis notre chambre et bercés par le bruit des vagues la nuit. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
Nous avons passé une super semaine avec un temps superbe en plus.
