About this apartment rental
Quiet, between Paris and Disneyland Paris, 90m² apartment entirely parqueted on the 2nd and last floor with 2 balconies and a 16m² terrace facing south and not overlooked. Ideal in summer for lunch outside thanks to the barbecue and to relax in the hammock - Terrace not overlooked with view on the lake!
Sleeps 8 people, each bedroom is equipped with a large double bed with bedside table + wardrobes or chest of drawers and clothes racks
The beds are ready when you arrive with towels at your disposal
- 1 family room with a double bed
- 1 second bedroom with 1 double bed
- 1 third bedroom equipped with a futon for two people (real mattress)
- 1 very comfortable convertible sofa for two people in the living room
The rest of the apartment includes:
- A large living room with large screen TV, free internet connection and wifi
- A dining area, lake view, with convertible table 4/8 people
- 1 charming bathroom with bath and shower
- Separate toilets
- 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron (steam generator) etc
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, teapot, family coffee maker and Nespresso, various household robots: blender, etc.
Parking reserved at the residence for guests, possibility of a closed box accessible on request
