About this house rental
Contemporary house in perfect condition including a large triple exposure living room with its open kitchen.
It is made up of 4 bedrooms, 2 with double bed, 2 with bunk beds in each (additional extra bedding possible in the double sofa bed in the living room), a bathroom with bath and shower, a shower room with shower, 2 separate toilets, parking for 2 cars, a large terrace and a garden.
You will access the Prieuré beach (700m) and its magnificent view of the bay of Saint Malo by crossing the Port Breton animal park. Ideal with children because without risk.
You can reach the city center and the market (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) in 20 minutes on foot via the Clair de Lune promenade which runs alongside Dinard bay.

Enjoyed our stay in this well equipped house. In pleasant and quiet residential close to a nice sandy beach. Within walking disatance of Dinard town centre and boats to St Malo. Would recommend this holiday home, but with better weather would have been even nicer.
