- A living room with open equipped kitchenette.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
(The sofa cannot be used for sleeping).
Upstairs :
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).

Electric coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave, electric oven, 4 hotplates, washing machine, television, swimming pool shared with residents of the Hameau des Mégalithes and tennis court, barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture
Exterior:
- An enclosed garden with shed, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue
- Numbered outdoor parking 50 meters from the house.
Free access to the swimming pool (open in the summer season) and to the tennis court of the residence.

- Electricity is extra on meter reading according to the edf tariff in force between 1 January and 04 May and between 19 October and 31 December
