About this house rental
Located in a quiet residential area, the house will welcome you with family or friends during your stay in eastern Paris. You will appreciate the comfort and the space of the family home, the calm of the district, the greenery of the raised garden, and on sunny days the sunny terrace.
The location in Meaux allows you to take full advantage of the proximity of the main attractions of the region: the 2 parks Dysneyland Paris within 30 minutes by car, the castle and the stables of Chantilly 45 minutes, Vaux le Vicomte and gardens at 1 o'clock , the Marne Valley and the first vineyards of Champagne at 1h, Paris less than 30 minutes by train or 60km by the A4 motorway and of course in Meaux the museum of the great war (8 minutes walk), the museum and the Bossuet garden, St Etienne cathedral.
The house has a large living room, four bedrooms (3 x A double bed, one with two single beds) and a relaxation room (a sofa bed), a bathroom on the ground floor, a bathroom with shower. floor and can accommodate up to eight people.
The house unfortunately is not handicapped accessible (stairs).
The equipment is that of a family home and will make you feel at home: fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, toaster; dishwasher, washing machine; possibility to make available a cot, a high chair and a bath for small child.
Broadband Internet access and WiFi.
In fine weather, you can dine on the terrace and enjoy the garden and the edge of the canal along which you can make a short jog. Winter evenings you can play a family game (Trivial, scrabble, Monopoly, ....) around the fireplace in the living room or immerse yourself in a book.

- The Villepinte exhibition center and the Stade de France are 45/50 minutes away, and Roissy CDG airport is 20 minutes away.

- On request, the possibility of providing a charcoal barbecue.

We were really happy to have found this property for our time in Paris and Disneyland. The house was very comfortable for our group of 7. The train connection to and from Paris was so convenient. And the half-hour drive to Disneyland was great too. One caution, the stairs to get upstairs are quite steep and might be difficult for some people.

Guy was friendly and helpful kept in touch via WhatsApp to check everything was going well. The house was very clean and very well equipped and it's on a very quiet road with the canal behind for walks. We drove to Disneyland just over 20 minutes away and took the train to Paris , parking the car at Meaux station a five minute drive away. Just be aware the stairs are very squeaky, it's hard to sneak downstairs away from the children! We really enjoyed our holiday and would recommend a stay here .

The house was lovely and although it was a very hot week the house stayed nice and cool. Also it was nice to sit out on the patio in the evenings and the house is in a nice quiet part of the town.
We were made to feel very welcome by Guy and he was very helpful and kept in touch to make sure we were ok.
Short easy drive to Disneyland and very handy to get a train into Paris (about 20 mins and cheap to park at the station in Meaux).
We would also like to thank Guy for posting our coats back to us as we completely forgot we had put them in a cupboard as we didn't need them!
We had a great stay!

Our stay was very pleasant, apart from the weather. Guy gave us a warm welcome, with wine and juice in the fridge. Fresh tomatoes from the garden and snacks. The communication via Whats app was good and he asked several times about our well-being. The house offers enough space and the terrace in the garden invites you to relax.
