Everything, in the center of a charming village, 8 minutes walk from two rivers (with bathing sites), and 8 minutes drive from the shops (and Chambonas Les Vans).

Maison agréable avec cheminée ; bien équipée. Par contre
garage inaccessible et pas de place de parking attribué. Le ménage est passable et pas de produits d’entretien sur place.

Maison de caractère située au calme dans un petit hameau, permettant de belles promenades et la découverte de l'Ardèche. Confortable et bien équipée, mais malheureusement le niveau de propreté laisse à désirer.
