About this house rental
Recent architect house built on a ground with waterfront with direct access to the beach, located in Léchiagat, a small village near Guilvinec, first artisanal fishing port. The living rooms are on the 1st floor, to enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea. The house is very bright with its windows that open onto a terrace of 25m2. From the inside you can admire the sea sitting quietly on the couch. In the basement, there is a garage and a boiler room with washing machine, dryer, freezer.
Sheets are provided as well as towels. The beds are made upon arrival. The wifi connection is free of charge. No pets allowed.

My wife and I rented this property for two weeks in November. We expected fall weather—a little bit cold and lots of rain. That would have been ok. But the weather was actually very nice—on the warm side, lots of sunshine, but also lots of wind and just enough rain, including a few complete downpours, to make it interesting. This place opens up right onto a rocky beach that one can walk g g or miles. That is what we wanted and that is what we got. The place itself had lots of space, a good, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. A large window/French doors opened up to the beach. We enjoyed the apartment, the surrounding beach and the many sights of Bretagne.

Alles wunderbar.Der faszinierende Blick aufs Meer, von Innen und Außen, die gut und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung und die umliegenden kilometerlangen Strände sowie der naheliegende lebendige Hafen in Guilvinec machen es einem einfach, schnell in die Bretagne einzutauchen und schwer,wieder von ihr loszulassen .

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung absolut. Die Lage ist einmalig, der Wohnbereich traumhaft schön mit großer Terrassentüre und vollem Blick aufs Meer. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin sehr nett und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung.
Netter Kontakt mit sehr netter Vermieterin. Das Haus sieht sogar in echt besser aus als auf den Fotos, und es ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sogar ein Weber Kugelgrill ist da.
Der Meerblick ist unschlagbar.
Als Ausflugsziel das außergewöhnlich ist können wir Locronan sehr empfehlen.
Ein toller Sandstrand ist auf der Ile Tudy ,nicht weit mit dem Auto.
Ein toller Urlaub.
