A 200-sq.m manor house set in Marseille with a private swimming pool, peaceful garden with trees, full of sunlight. It has all the charm of 19th-century Provencal country houses and unobstructed views. It sleeps 10 (4 Bedrooms) and also offers four bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, shaded arbour in front of the pool. Close to the beaches, Massif des Calanques, and Saint Baume (20 to 25 minutes away) for outdoor activities such as sailing, climbing, hiking, canoeing in the calanques, and mountain biking in the surrounding mountain ranges, at 600-1000 m. The Frioul Island, Porquerolles, and an 18-hole golf course are 4 km away. You can also find tennis courts, a cinema and restaurants less than 3 km away.

Stunning, spacious property, it is better than the photos. It is a real family home, so it has everything you need. The hosts were very welcoming. The outdoor space and pool mean you are fully entertained at the property (we took some inflatables etc). There is beautiful outdoor lighting for the evenings. We used the boulangerie down the road and used public transport to travel into Marseille. We loved Cassis (use park & ride) and also enjoyed Waterworld at Gaudrade (1.5hours away). The beaches were popular so we tended to go early or later in the day. We had a fantastic holiday at this property.

We had a magical holiday in la Bastide.
The house is surrounded by the most beautiful garden filled with flowers and old trees. The house is situated on top of a hill in the middle of Marseille.So you have an amazing sight on the city and still complete serenity and silence. Kitchen bathroom and livingspace are fully equipped and the whole house has a romantic feeling. Genevieve and Jean are the most lovely people. Would highly recommend 👌❤️

We had a wonderful stay, the house is beautiful and very well equipped for our group. The pool is fabulous and we loved using the kitchen to cook. jean and genieve were the perfect hosts. even coming to check in on us and clean the pool half way through our stay. We’ll be back!
