This is a nicely improved studio apartment in an Old Town centuries old building on a very active pedestrian zone. Fantastic location 5 minutes by foot to the central train station and streetcar hub; very active nightlife. Does not quiet down until 1:00 am generally. Could use another mirror somewhere; could use more basic stocking of cooking oil, salt and pepper, some spices, etc. Very nice people.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Sie ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
Das einzige, was wir störend fanden ist, dass der Lärm der belebten Straße in der Nacht recht laut in der Wohnung zu hören war (Stand Januar 2020).

Good location, and easy service. Apartment is spacious enough
Kitchen smelled of food when we arrived, and was clearly not cleaned very diligently.

The best aspect of this apartment is the location, less than 10 minutes to the train station. The proximity to bars and restaurants along Niederdorf is a plus as well, there is no shortage of places to eat.
The washing machine took almost two hours to run a cycle and the dryer never did fully dry our clothes management tried addressing but it didn't really help. It is also very noisy and very hot in the apartment - ear plugs are a must, and perhaps including a fan would help (air circulation plus ambient noise)
