This high quality and beautifully designed 3 (4) bedroom duplex apartment is located on the 1st floor. First floor of a well maintained two-family house in attractive rural surroundings.
The approx. 90 m² living space are distributed as follows:
in the lower level there is a hallway, the open, fully equipped kitchen with XXL gas stove and oven for great cooking events.
large full wood counter with great comfortable bar stools,
a cozy living room XXL flat screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD player and a beautiful romantic fireplace.
Guest toilet.
The large bedroom with a very comfortable rustic 2 x 2 m bed with adjoining, exceptionally spacious, exclusively equipped bathroom with huge wellness rain shower.

Washing machine.
A staircase leads to the bright attic. There is another room with a large sofa bed and another TV, and a bedroom with 2 single beds.

Die FW ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings in der Einflugschneise Köln/Bonn.Der Ort Much ist zu weit weg. Man muss viel fahren, kein Bäcker in der Nähe. Im Obergeschoss ist es bei dieser Hitze zum Schlafen zu warm. Die Natur ringsum ist ohne Frage super, aber nicht alles. Touristisch gesehen, müsste einiges verändert werden in der gesamten Region.
