About this house rental
A house full of charm 10 minutes walk from the sea.

All around you the nature and the sea will seduce you by the beauty of the landscapes of this wild coast which bears so well its name of Coast of Emerald.
This new house of 2016, on one level, is nestled in the heart of a quiet area, 500m walk from shops and services (restaurants, tourist office, doctors, pharmacy, market ...) 200m sports activities (tennis, petanque, basketball, football, skate park), the nautical center is located at 900m, the equestrian center at 4 km, the golf courses: Lancieux at 800m and Dinard at 3km).
Our house of 90m2 is fully decorated in the seaside style, it can accommodate 6 people, it consists of 5 rooms.

• A kitchen open to the dining room
• Shower Room (Italian tiled shower)
• Separate toilet
• 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds
All rooms in the house are accessible from the terrace.
It is south facing with a landscaped interior courtyard, closed, intimate, without vis-à-vis.
An ideal place with family or friends for holidays in peace.

• Full appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster.
• Garden furniture: 2 umbrellas, 2 deckchairs, electric barbecue.
• 2 adult bicycles, 1 child seat, 1 children's bike trailer, 2 children's bicycles.
• Baby kit: Cot with comfortable mattress, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer, toilet seat reducer, step.
• Linen provided: sheets and towels.
• Basic food products, to be renewed when completed.
• Plan your beach towels.

Fantastic location for anybody who likes sailing, kitesurfing, windsurfing and trekking

Maison joliment décorée, très propre, fonctionnelle, avec tous les équipements nécessaires et une bonne literie (lits faits à l'arrivée).
Accueil très sympathiques des propriétaires avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue et des renseignements sur la région (nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et la maison était disponible avant l'heure).
Linge de lit et toilette, équipements BB et vélos adultes, enfants et accessoires BB pour vélos mis à disposition.
Maison bien située, dans une impasse, place de parking privée devant la maison, pas de vis-à-vis, avec une belle terrasse, nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme !
Derrière la maison, une aire de jeux avec terrains de basket, de foot, de tennis, de pétanque et skate parc, idéal pour les ados et plus grands (et qui n'apporte aucune nuisance sonore).
A 5min à pied, petite supérette de dépannage, tabac presse, restaurants et office de tourisme.
A 10-15min à pied (ou 5 min en vélo), la plage, la boulangerie, la boucherie, la poissonnerie.
Petite station balnéaire idéale pour les familles cherchant le calme et le repos, parfait pour les enfants en bas âge (belle plage, partie de pêche dans les rochers, ...) et aussi pour les plus grands (club nautique qui offre multitude d'activités).
Bref très ressourçant, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, belle adresse à retenir !
