About this apartment rental
It smells like summer, the sun is glistening on the lake and our guests are thinking... Nice to have you here, dear vacation. Anyone who has opted for this 90 square meter domicile has also booked a real vacation atmosphere. Because this is much more than just a good place to spend the night. It's a place to sit on the terrace and celebrate life. One that offers space for 6 people and casual vacation days at the same time. And one that is very close to the lake.
Anyone moving into the 90 square meter temporary apartment might well think: "Someone must have stolen our wish list here". The central meeting point of the four-room apartment is the open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. You can sit together comfortably on a corner sofa and an armchair. Pssst! Two equally equipped bedrooms with large box-spring beds ensure a restful night's sleep and plenty of storage space for clothes. In another (passageway) room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two more people. And in the daylight bathroom? Our guests are welcome to take a lucky shower.
Bicycles can be parked in the double garage in front of the house.
Free parking is available along the street. The fireplace may no longer be used due to new legal requirements.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung absolut in Ordnung. Betten und Bettwäsche Klasse! Straße tagsüber etwas laut, Terrasse aber auf der Rückseite des Hauses sehr ruhig. Ideal für Radurlauber ist die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in der Garage des Hauses.

Zentrale Lage in Überlingen; schöne helle grosszügige Wohnung mit allem, was es braucht; leider etwas stark befahren (zurzeit viele Baustellen in Überlingen, welche auf der Nussdorfer Strasse mehr Durchgangsverkehr verursachen); strenger Geruch in der Garage infolge Abfallcontainer.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser sehr schönen, großzügigen Wohnung. Bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen wäre uns ein Bad zuwenig gewesen.
