About this house rental

Close to wildlife walks, cycling, and more, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 20-minute drive to Alta Val d'Elsa River Park or the 18-minute drive to Sentierelsa Trail.

After you return to this 1023-sq-ft vacation home, you can unwind by the communal pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom rental, you'll find a living room and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, cookware, and a toaster. Wir machten im August 2021 Urlaub im La Cassetta. Die Gegend ist ideal für Ausflüge in die bekanntesten Städte und Orte der Toskana. Siena z.B. ist innerhalb von 30- 40 Minuten erreichbar / Florenz in 50 Minuten.Beim Objekt handelt es sich um ein kleines, aber freistehendes, typisch toskanisches Haus. Für uns als Familie mit vier Personen war die Größe völlig ausreichend auch wenn wir uns die Küche etwas größer gewünscht hätten. Besonders schön war der abgeschirmte Gartenbereich zur alleinigen Nutzung. Das Objekt an sich ist eingebunden in eine Anlage mit mehrteiligem Haupthaus und unserem eigenständigen Objekt. Der Pool steht zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung war aber nie überlaufen oder zu voll. Oft waren wir auch ganz allein hier. Alles in allem ist das Objekt ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Toskana.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel in der toskanischen Landschaft, der Pool ist nicht weit und recht großzügig. Im Garten verweilt man sehr schön, es gibt genügend Auswahl an Schatten- und Sonnenplätzen. Wir mochten die Einfachheit des Landhausstils, wenngleich die Küche etwas knapp bemessen ist und diese auch etwas sauberer hätte sein können. Da wir aber häufig auswärts aßen, war das kein Problem. Frühstück, Snacks und Spaghetti konnten gut zubereitet werden. Bad und Zusatztoilette waren gut, die beiden Schlafräume identisch groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Betreuung vor Ort und der Vermieterin zu Hause klappte stets prompt, zuverlässig und sehr gut. Tatsächlich könnte der Aufenthalt dann anstrengend sein, wenn man eine Insektenphobie hat (so schrieben es schon andere Mieter_innen). Wir selbst sind damit recht gelassen umgegangen. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land, es ist Sommer, im Garten blüht es, natürlich gibt es da tierische Mitbewohner. DieMoskitonetze schützten gut und wir haben regelmäßig draußen gegessen oder gesnackt - völlig problemlos. Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Colle di val d´elsa, Florenz - alles gut erreichbar. Auch einen Ausflug ans Meer war drin, das ist aber eine längere Anfahrt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Huis ligt mooi in een rustige omgeving middenin de natuur. Daardoor waren er ook erg veel insecten in huis en buiten zitten niet echt mogelijk aan het eind van de dag. Vanaf deze plek zijn er verschillende dorpen en steden goed te bereiken.
