Luxury and spacious villa with private garden and pool for rent! The villa has been built in year 2004 and offers 255m² built surface plus 82m² on terraces (42m² covered) on a plot of 900m²! There is a large parking area and private tropical garden with large pool of 8m x 4m! The plot is totally enclosed and is midst 2 other villas. The plot is located in a small complex of private villas in short distance to beach, village mith amenties and 3 golf courses in less than 1,5 kms.
The plot is totally level and you can drive with your car direct till the entrance of the villa. There are no steps! On the parking area there is space for several cars.

Very nice but a few issues, water leak in showers, ants on kitchen counters, disinfect would have been useful not not available, suggest a handlebar for pool entry.but overall the place is lovely very satisfied. Would recommend.our host was great.

The property was everything it was presented as. Very nice property and furnishings, comfortable for the whole family. Georgi was very helpful and great to deal with. Would not hesitate to come back.

The Villa was every bit as good as described, in fact the photos do not do it justice, it is immaculate, both in decor and cleanliness, extremely well equipped. Alberto who was on hand to greet ourselves was very helpful on arrival.If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay then this is it, very easy to find and close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We would definitely return when in the area.Trevor and Austin from Huddersfield
