The former painting studio rebuilt 2010 to an individual Apartment. It has parking, private entrance and a balcony with Tuscan views in open countryside. From the entrance area with a bathroom, a steep staircase in the studio. 1 Floor where a large room opens: with kitchen, large table and chairs; one step higher in the relaxation area with double bed and second deck coach area, armchairs and balcony.
The apartment is clean and fully furnished, without frills. You will find bed linen, towels, dish towels, shampoo, soap, coffee, spices, basic equipment.
Best for 2 people, but also family and a group that can be combined in a 48 square meter room. Additional mattresses are available.

Suitable for the young at heart of all ages.
The region is marked by volcanism. Geopfade, the dream path Eifelsteig and attractive hiking trails await you. In the Römerthermen in Bad Breisig you can relax and unwind.

Atelierloft mit Charme. Gut geeignet für Junggebliebene, nicht geeignet für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen aufgrund der Amsterdamer Stiege.

We stayed two days in Karin’s house and we really loved it. The house is lovely, the space of the old atelier is extremely comfortable, well equipped, has a lot of light and a very nice terrace. We wouldn’t mind having a bit wider double bed, but it’s okay for a short stay. The place is a great starting point for hiking and exploring this really beautiful region. Karin is good and helpful host. Warmest recommendation!

Die Ferienwohnung in einer herrlichen Wanderregion ist ruhig gelegen (sofern der Hahn von nebenan sich einigermaßen zurückhält) und originell geschnitten und ausgetattet. Mit wenig zusätzlichem Aufwand ließe sich das Wohlbefinden noch steigern (Beleuchtung, Sonnenschirm für den Balkon), aber preiswert ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall.

Toller Ausblick-Beschreibung war nicht übertrieben. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage. Sauber. Ausstattung ausreichend. Einziger Punkt mit Verbesserungspotential: Bett und Kopfkisssen.
