About this house rental
In a typical setting of the Provençal countryside, close to the village of Salernes, large charming house aspiring to calm, among olive trees, fruit trees and long cypresses of Florence. Terrace garden in oleanders and lavenders, beautiful exposure, view on the hill without any vis-à-vis, pleasant "corners" to rest along the pool or near the fountain.
The house offers all the comforts.
Large living room with fireplace, leather sofas and armchairs, dining area that can accommodate 8 people.
Authentic cuisine with all facilities, La Cornue stove and a small annex kitchen.
Covered terrace for lunch and a large table on the terrace under the mulberry trees for dinner in the evening.
Upstairs, a small reading room. Dedicated to three great artists, 3 rooms colored with paintings: "The Kasimir Malevitch room", "Blinky Palermo Zimmer", "Elis Room" and a large shower room with panoramic views.
The 4th bedroom and its bathroom are on the ground floor for more independence.
The property is secure, electric gate, private parking in a large paved interior courtyard.
Dogs accepted.

We had a wonderful time in the house. Bernadette was so kind and friendly she was an excellent host.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay the house is very comfortable and the area is very beautiful. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely love to go back one day.

We loved it! Coming from Canada I was worried but it was all fantastic! The pool and gardens were perfect! Lots of room in the house. We spent most of the time outside but we did use the oven and stove regularly. We would love to come back again. Hosts were very friendly, we called on her more than once for a few small things, like needles for slivers. Felt very safe, close to Salerne for groceries. Thank you Michelle and Bernadette!

Das Haus ist innen soweit ok, hat französischen Charme ist sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet (Geschirr, Küchenutensilien) und entspricht soweit dem Inserat.
Die Bilder des Grundstücks allerdings erwecken den Eindruck eines insgesamt gepflegten Anwesens, was schlicht falsch ist.
In der Zufahrt sowie auf dem gesamten Grundstück verteilt stehen diverse offenbar seit langer Zeit nicht genutzte Materialien eines Bauunternehmens, alte Fenster, Ziegel, Latten etc.
Auf dem Grundstück existieren Nebengebäude, in verwahrlostem Zustand (gebrauchtes Geschirr, alte Klamotten liegen herum...).
Ansonsten am Haus der Rasen seit Wochen nicht mehr gemäht, Unkraut allerorten, Terrasse nicht einmal gekehrt viele Blumenkübel mit vertrockneten Pflanzen, zum Pool gehörige Becken leer und ungepflegt und und...
Insgesamt nicht dem entsprechend, was durch die Bilder suggeriert wurde (gerne auch einige Photos, in diesem Formular leider nicht vorgesehen), und damit zu teuer - eine Rückerstattung eines Teilbetrags wäre fair und eigentlich angebracht.
