Bright furnished 2 room apartment with top equipment and underground parking space
Location Description:
The apartment is located in Troisdorf-FWH (30 km / h zone). The bus stop is only a minute's walk away. Train stations Troisdorf and Friedrich-Wilhelmshütte are within walking distance.
In about 3 minutes you can reach the A59 motorway, with optimal connections to Cologne, Bonn or Siegburg.
Shops for daily needs are about 300m away. Restaurants, snack bars, banks, doctors, pharmacies are also on site. A large park with a playground about 100m away, about 1km to the Siegauen with great running and bike paths. From there you can also go on bike trips to the Rhine.
Very quiet residential area with perfect transport links.

Appartement propre, bien équipé. Lieux conformes aux photos et à la description. Par contre, la machine à laver le linge est située au sous sol de l'immeuble et il faut se procurer des jetons auprès du concierge de l'immeuble, ce que nous n'avons pas réussi à faire au moment où nous l'aurions voulu... Notre séjour étant court, nous n'avons pas insisté.
Le quartier est calme et il y a un parc tout près avec une aire de jeu pour les enfants. Bien situé pour aller à Cologne (nous avons pris la voiture jusqu'à la station de tramway et ça nous a amené directement au centre). Globalement recommandé.
