DAMGAN family resort: T3 of 60 m2 duplex on the 1st floor of a quiet residence surrounded by greenery. Entrance with cupboards. Living room with balcony, fitted and equipped kitchenette. Bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin cabinet with washing machine and wc. On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms, one with loggia sea view and 160 bed, the other bedroom with 3 beds of 90 including 2 bunk beds. wc with sink. Outdoor cellar, garage and parking. Sea view and direct access to the main supervised beach of DAMGAN. Access to all shops on foot along the sea. Ideally located at the start of cycle paths and pedestrian paths. Children's playground 200 m away (Slides, swings, carousel, skate track, tennis courts, basketball, boules) Mini golf and golf courses nearby. Nautical club in front of the residence. Market twice a week and crafts market once a week at night. Fishing on foot in front of the residence: oysters, mussels, clams, cockles, periwinkles, shrimps etc. Many excursions possible: Vannes intra muros and the Gulf of Morbihan and its many islands. The branféré zoo. Rochefort en terre Favorite French village. The prehistoric park in Malansac. La Baule et Guérande and its salt marshes. La roche Bernard small town of character with its old districts and its craftsmen of art, located at the edge of the villain and its small tourist train to visit the city and its bridges. Many summer events.

We had a wonderful holiday in Damgan! The location of this apartment is second to none, right on the beach! The views from the balcony, especially at sunset, were amazing and we could hear the waves through the open windows at night. Being so close to the beach meant we could come and go easily for snacks/meals and the garage offered us so much storage for beach toys and bikes. Asides from the location, the apartment was spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment and we hope to return.
