Carnot Boulevard is an easy 14-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 3-minute drive to Promenade de la Croisette.

Relax by the heated pool or sip a drink in the garden of this 2260-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

I stayed at Villa Tsavorite for 1 week with my girlfriend in the beginning of July. When I tell you we had the most amazing time in this villa I’m not lying. Everything from the service with Sylvia and Jean-Marc to the amazing pool, bedrooms and bathrooms was beyond our expectations. I could highly recommend renting this villa to everyone considering it!

We spent a week at Villa Tsavorite in June 2025, and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, and the hosts, Sylvia and Jean Marc, were incredibly generous and helpful throughout our stay.Spending time by the pool was so relaxing that we rarely wanted to leave the villa. We managed perfectly fine without a car, it’s just a 20-minute walk to both the beach and the grocery store.We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future!

The house and the stay lived up to everything I could expect. The family loved it. We were a party of six all together. If I would have any remarks, it would be the fan on the pool heater that is placed near the pool. It is notable and there comes a point where It gets pretty annoying to have to listen to all day. And also you should know about the church bell on the church right next door is announcing its presence every 30 minutes of the day( only during the day from morning till 10pm). I find it charming, but I can also sleep through an earthquake. But regardless of that, I will gladly recommend this place.
