Studio of approximately 25m2 (ground floor) in a quiet area 200 meters from the beach of OURSINIERES.
Description: living room (1 2x80 sofa bed - wardrobe) with kitchen area (microwave, fridge, washing machine, electric hob) + one bedroom (1 bed 140 cm, wardrobe) + a bathroom (sink, small bath, toilet). Small veranda at the entrance equipped with a table for outside meals. Entrance / Garden not private for access to other studios.
Linen not provided. Animals are not allowed.
Less than 5 km from Pradet, a picturesque village in Provence located between Toulon and Carqueiranne - Hyères.

Location bien équipée, proche du port et de la plage.
Bon accueil, les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets par rapport à la proximité. Le logement est dans un environnement calme, naturel et proche des chemins côtiers. Je recommande. Qualité prix parfait
Un petit bémol sur les touristes envahissants l impasse et mettant les propriétaires à la défensive sur les places de parking.

Cet appartement est charmant, et convient tout à fait pour une famille (nous sommes 3).
Il se situe au fond d’une impasse, ce qui limite le passage. On peut se garer facilement, et surtout, il est à 200 mètres de la plage, et du port. Les Oursinières sont un lieu familial et vivant, si vous cherchez le calme absolu, il est préférable de choisir un refuge alpin à 3000 mètres. Le lieu est également bien placé pour visiter les nombreux sentiers des environs.
Confortable, l'appartement est bien doté (par exemple, il y a une machine à laver, ce qui évite la corvée du lavage à la main) et conforme à la description qui en est faite, propre, lumineux sans être écrasé de soleil. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, et serviables : ils offrent par gentillesse, l’accès à leur propre wifi, qui est dans l’ensemble bien capté dans le studio. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. On reviendra !

Les propriétaires sont sympas.
Quant à l’équipement du logement il y a bcp de manquements : pas de possibilité de cuisiner pour 4 avec deux plaques électriques, la connexion Wifi plus que médiocre voire pas, pas de télévision ou radio qui puissent permettre de rester connecté aux actualités. Manque d’intimité lorsque d’autres locataires séjournent par conséquent, les autres passent par notre location pour entrer chez eux. Bruit incommodant par les enfants des propriétaires. Mais dans l’ensemble pour le prix il ne faut pas s’attendre à qlq ch de supérieur.
