About this house rental
Beautiful 1950s villa located high on the Morgat town center, the resort of Crozon, with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful beach 200 meters, the nautical center and the port 300m. The bright and spacious villa overlooks the bay of the living room with large windows. A dining room opening onto the terrace and the garden. The three bedrooms are upstairs, the house is very nice and has a kitchen, and a fenced 750 m² garden with lawn, garden furniture with plancha and 2 chairs. Also a garage with full laundry, three bicycles and a kayak. The departure of the GR34 hiking trail is at the foot of the villa, it will lead you to the Lighthouse Kador, the beautiful beach of the Virgin Island in St. Hernot or the Cape of the goat for the more energetic.

This was our third holiday in Morgat and Marion’s house is by far the best location with lovely views across the bay from the lounge and balcony.
Just a short walk down to Morgat or up to the Kador woods and good access/parking.
The house itself is charming, spacious and the lounge had a real wow factor. I loved some of the original features!
The garden is well suited for lounging and dining - the plancha was very popular. There is access through the house to a large garage just in front of a driveway for two cars with electric gates.
Marion was very accommodating and kind, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Geräumiges Haus in sehr guter Lage. Alles notwendige zu Fuß erreichbar, trotzdem sehr ruhig! Kuechenausstattung gut, ein wirklich großer Topf wäre schön.
Man kann sehr gut die Küste sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Rad direkt vom Haus aus erkunden. Die Räder konnten wir in der großen Garage abstellen ++. Riesenvorteil!! Für die schöne Suedterrasse würde man sich bequeme Liegen wünschen :-).

Das ist ein schönes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Gegend. Es ist nur 5 Minuten vom allgemeinen Badestrand und höchstens 10 Minuten bis zu einer der sehr privaten Buchten. Restaurants in Morgat sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die zwei Badezimmer und die davon getrennten Toiletten machen das Haus auch sehr geeignet für den Urlaub mit Freunden.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher sparsam und macht das Kochen für eine große Gruppe nicht sehr leicht. Ein Dusch- und ein kleines Gästetuch pro Person für 14 Tage ist sehr sparsam.
Sehr gut ist das Vorhandensein eines Kajaks und der Fahrräder.
Etwas unglücklich ist die Lage der Terrasse, da sie den meisten Teil des Tages im Schatten der großen Bäume vom Nachbargrundstück liegt. Wir hätten gern am Morgen dort gefrühstückt, zumal wir großes Glück mit dem Wetter hatten. Die Sonne schien fast die ganzen zwei Wochen, aber leider nicht auf die Terrasse.
