About this villa rental
contemporary villa of around 220 m2 that can accommodate up to 8 people with private pool of around 4 x 7 m and secured to NF standards and a terrace of more than 150 m2 in teak.

Montfavet 'Normandy of Provence' is part of the commune of Avignon. the villa, 5 km from the ramparts, is surrounded by nature in a quiet area. small local shops are 300 meters away (bakery, press and vegetable).

Well equipped villa with all amenities.
Plenty of outside space with patio furniture and loungers enough for our 2 family visit, we made good use of the pool. The 5 bedrooms are all of a good size having clean comfortable beds. Plenty of open space on the ground floor with sofas, chairs and dining area, small kitchen but easily enough room to cook a family dinner, plenty of utensils, glasses etc, we did use the outdoor hot plate bbq. The villa had a certain charm and didn’t try too hard to be perfect. Good location, parking for a couple of cars but walking distance into the centre of
Montfavet and to the station which is only 1 stop into Avignon. Meeting with the owner was pleasant and friendly. The written instructions and advice sheet was only in French, our French is not brilliant, but we got through. Enjoyed every bit of our visit.

We discovered this villa two years ago with my family. You won't have bad surprises it is exactly like on the pics. The house is very peaceful, lovely decorated, and very fresh for hot summer! We have great memories in the garden, with a little but nice swimming pool, and huge terrace full of sun. Well I strongly recommand this house for a "Provencal séjour"!
