T4 beautiful apartment of 63 m2 for 6 to 8 people. 3 bedrooms. Sauna. View of the valley. Small balcony. Elevator. Surrounded by the slopes of the ski resort of Puy Saint Vincent, the apartment is in the new residence Le Parc aux Etoiles. The apartment is decorated in typical mountain style. On site, guests can enjoy an outdoor heated pool open in summer and winter, a sauna and laundry facilities.
The apartment has a lounge area with TV, a balcony with mountain views. The kitchen is equipped with a mini oven, a stove, a refrigerator and a dishwasher.
Grocery stores and restaurants are within 500 meters of the residence. By car, the city of Briançon is 30 minutes, while Serre Ponçon and its water activities in just under an hour. Private parking in the basement is rented with the apartment.

Avons passé un excellent un séjour dans cet appartement, qui est grand et bien distribué. Pas mal équipé, lit double 140 fatigué, juste à côté des pistes au Puy Saint Vincent 1800.
Communication sommaire avec le propriétaire qui nous a donné le mauvais numéro d'appartement mais avons pu nous débrouiller sur place. Aucun état des lieux entre 2 locations, les locataires précédent nous ont laissé un appartement absolument pas nettoyé. Avons passé 2 heures à tout relaver, donc accueil très moyen.

Great apartment. Main living area really spacious. Well equipped and modern kitchen. Great shower and separate toilet.
Ski locker on ground floor which you can ski out off. Slight up hill to get home but needed to only walk about 50m to get back home.
Outside heated pool was great, kids loved it.
Very family friendly resort.
Check in tricky as didnt receive information from owner. Turns out you just need to call the number on here on the day. ( we just didn't know). You also have to pay a deposit on arrival ( we also weren't aware).
These were minor issues, apartment great overall and we would definitely return

Faire courses à Briancon supermarché car à Puy St Vincent très cher petits commerces. Allez manger chez faim de Lou..fait maison pas cher madame très sympa. Cadre beau o pieds des pistes.

Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 5 a 6 personen. Wat uitrusting van de keuken betreft is alles aanwezig. Het appartement is aan onderhoud toe. Van 2 van de 3 slaapkamers kon de schuifdeur niet meer dicht. Gordijnrails kwamen van de wand.
De eigenaar zit op afstand en kwam op ons niet gastvrij en servicegericht over.
Op zich was het appartement schoon. In de dekens zaten vlekken. Wordt niet op gecontroleerd kennelijk. Bedlinnen is niet aanwezig (in ieder geval niet in de zomer). Het appartement is op de noordkant. Daardoor is het koel en was het nooit echt aangenaam genoeg om op het balkon te zitten. Het uitzicht is wel prachtig.
Zwembad was prima. Voor overige activiteiten voor kinderen moet je naar het lagergelegen hotel.
De locatie in Les Ecrins is erg geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor een actieve vakantie.
