About this house rental
Located in Val d´Esquières, 600 meters from the sea with a superb view of the beginning of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, in the Issambres district (commune of Roquebrune sur Argens). Exceptional direct pedestrian access to the sea at Issambres along a small stream, once at sea there are all the activities and shops by the sea: beaches, restaurants, shops in the village of San Peire, port, nautical club,. ..
Very pretty house of character, on one level, bourgeoisly furnished, deliciously calm and relaxing, in a wooded, wild environment, with the scents of Provence with a large and pretty well maintained garden. The house is ideally located, both in the peace of the Var countryside and a stone's throw from the seaside. The car is therefore no longer essential for the vast majority of surrounding activities and daily life. The sea shuttles for the entire Gulf of St Tropez leave from the end of the path.
The house is about 160 m2 on one level and includes 4 bedrooms (one large, two medium, one small), 1 large bathroom / wc adjoining the larger bedroom with bath / shower, 1 other large independent bathroom with bath / shower, 1 separate WC. The living room is a very living room with a large mezzanine / TV and relaxation room, the house can ideally accommodate 2 or 3 couples with children (8 adults or children maximum. Very large sheltered terrace, lovely view of the sea. Large table on the terrace and large plancha. Very beautiful kitchen completely redone and equipped in an ultra modern way open to the living room. Garage for 1 to 2 cars.
The house has the almost exclusive feature in the entire Issambres district of being located at the start of a walking path which leads straight to the sea along a pretty little stream in less than 7 minutes.
This path leads to the "peiras" beach, a few tens of meters from the port of Issambres and the shuttles to Saint Tropez, there are all the shops (supermarket open 7 days a week until 8 p.m. opposite the beach ) and a very well organized and equipped nautical club (dinghies, catas, boards, paddle, jet ski and water ski, parasailing, ...), private or public beaches. Port des Issambres and landing stage of the maritime link all the gulf at the exit of the path.
4 golf courses are accessible between 15 and 30 minutes each by car.
Discovery of Saint Tropez and its surroundings: port Grimaud, Grimaud, ramatuelle, walks and activities by the sea, curiosity about the Saint Trou fault and the rock of roquebrune, very pretty possible steps a few minutes from the nautical club by car ( along the garonette), or in the Moors and Estérel. Beautiful reserve of the plain of the Moors (Hermann's tortoise) with African prints. From the house, you can also visit the whole of the French Riviera within an hour by car: Cannes, the Lerins Islands, the Maeght Foundation in Saint Paul de Vence ...., visit the Thoronet Abbey, discover the coast of the esterel, walk in the rock of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in the reserve of the Moors. For more distant discoveries: the superb Gorges du Verdon for the day and come back to rest at home.

Bel endroit, maison spacieuse très bien équipée. Belle pièce à vivre ainsi qu'une grande terrasse où il fait bon vivre à chaque instant de la journée. L'accès en voiture est difficile et demanderait à être amélioré .

We had I nice and joyful stay in the house. I nice beach is located in walking distance (<5min) and the house is well equipped.

Maison de charme avec belle vue sur la mer, au calme. Proche des commerces et de la mer, 10 mn à pied. Maison spacieuse. Véronique est très disponible pour nous rendre service. Attention, la montée en voiture est un peu difficile.

This is very nice place to stay with familiy and friends. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and the house harbours everthing what is needed, even for little kids. I would be happy to come again the next years.
