Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in the luxury residence 'Plein Soleil', this beautiful and large studio of 23 m² living space + large covered loggia equipped with table and chairs, has a stunning sea view and proximity (30 m). The large sandy beach has a monitoring station at the foot of the residence where you can, from the loggia, see boats and horse racing (in thalassotherapy at Deauville).
This studio has an entrance hall with storage opening onto the spacious living room with BZ 2 places, BZ 1 place, cot for baby and stunning views of the sea. The kitchen, independent also offers sea views.
Equipment: fridge, oven, microwave, TV, DVD player, baby equipment: cot, high chair.

You can, on foot and in a few minutes, bring your children to see the dinosaurs and Paléoscope or stroll around the marshes. You can also always walk, look for fossils at the foot of the cliff of 'black cows'.
The bustling little town of Villers, located between Deauville and Cabourg, you will offer its beautiful waterfront, its market, its events, its church, its beautiful villas, tennis courts. On site or nearby: golf, thalassotherapy ... (See tourist office).

Nice compact apartment over the road from the beach. Great location for the Cider Route and Eastern Normandy. A little far from the D-Day Beaches, but still manageable. Private parking is a bonus in busy times.

L'appartement est idéalement situé en face de la mer avec un balcon très agréable en période de beau temps. La copropriété agréable située dans de grands espaces verts. Les commerces de 1ère nécessité sont à proximité. Par contre il faut prendre la voiture pour se rendre au centre de Villers.
Le studio est très bien pour deux personnes, trop juste si il y a des enfants..
Bonne literie. Equipement de la cuisine suffisant même si un saladier et une paire de ciseaux seraient les bienvenus
