This small and cozy loft is ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood of Athens, 2 'away from one of the most central and prestigious Avenues of the city (Queen Sofia's Av.), Gaining direct access to two Metro Stations, Buses Stations and taxis. Recently renovated by its owner, Architect, this minimal, boutique-style 30 sq. m. apartment, is fully equipped and includes a private sunny veranda, with an open city-scape view, including the 'Tower of Athens' and Lycabetous Hill.
It is very close to the 'Athens Music Megaron', the American Embassy and finally the 'Mavili Square', one of the liveliest squares in Athens. Renowned for its unaffected and unpretentious hangouts for coffee and drinks, it has established itself over the past few decades.
