About this villa rental
This villa has a stunning view over the cliffs of Cap Canaille and the sea from the upper floor. It is peaceful and 5 min away by foot from the village, the harbour, and the beach. Cassis is a village with a difficult access, and going to the village and the beach walk is a considerable asset. The villa can accommodate 12 people with its 6 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (with shower and/or bathtub). One of the bedrooms is one the ground floor, ideal for people with mobility impairments. The villa consists of 2 living rooms, one with a piano, a dining room, a nice kitchen, and 4 WC. The living room leads to the garden and the pool. The villa is very bright and opens into the garden. The pool is protected by a sliding shelter assuring total security for children. You can also find many deck chairs. In the garden, there is a barbecue and a roofed terrace with sofa and a table for having meals while being sheltered. The villa allows everyone to have certain privacy thanks to its inside and outside organisation.
The villa is located in the heart of Cassis, where you can find many activities. You can taste the wine of Cassis in the cellars found a few steps away from the villa. Also, there are many organised visits to the castle of Cassis. The sea and the beach offer many nautical activities: paddle board,
Windsurfing, canoe-kayak, rowing, surfing, motorboat or sailing. Hikes are organised by guides in Cassis to the conservation area of the calanques, where you can practice climbing. There are also boat trips to the calanques. You can also find a tree climbing park and a large and roofed public swimming pool with space for swimming and for your children. The Fregate Golf Club with is dazzling view of the sea is a few kilometres away from the village. The evenings are animated with free concerts outdoor, and the night markets with its handcrafts. On the harbour of Cassis, there are many welcoming restaurants and cafes with their terraces all the way down to the Marseillaise boat and the castle of Cassis.
A cinema also broadcasts various films for children and adults.
A nautical water park is located 10 km away from the village.

The location of the house was great, though the Mobilty challenged will find the hill down to the town a trial. A supermarket was in easy walking distance. The exterior space was well screened from the neighbours, quiet, and had a nice variety of sitting areas. The pool was great. The interior of the house was well appointed, but toilet sharing was required. The main annoyance was the lack of minor items like spare toilet rolls, garbage bags, laundry detergent (dish washer tablets were provided). However Extra towels were quickly provided.

We returned to Benedicte's villa and all enjoyed the visit. The house is attractive and very convenient for the town. The pool was great for cooling off.

We were a group of 11 people (3 years to 49 years). Perfect sized house with perfect location in beautiful Cassis. We made all the meals in the outside kitchen and spent hours and hours in the nice swimmingpool area. Benedicte was a very helpful hostess. We can highly recommend this house for families and groups of friends.
