About this house rental
In Penmarch - Kérity, less than 100 meters from the marina, restaurants and shops, and close to the beaches, 300 meters away from the very large sandy beach going from Kérity to Guilvinec, a traditional house with all comfort classified 3 *. This house is not terraced and not overlooked. It is bright and sunny, charmingly renovated in the style of the Bigouden country. Near the Pointe de la Torche, a stage well known to surfers and hikers.
On the ground floor a large living room with fireplace, LCD TV, HIFI, piano, kitchen, bathroom WC.
Access to the garden and the terrace is from the living room by a bay window allowing easy supervision of children.
Upstairs two bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed and small desk, bathroom WC.
Cot and high chair possible on request.
A very sheltered enclosed garden at the back of the house with lean-to, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
East West exposure not overlooked.
Possible parking of a car in the enclosed garden.
Beach accessibility with children without the need for a car.

Hier haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Nur ein paar Meter ans Meer und in die kleinen Geschäfte.

Accueil au top. Maison très soignée, super bien équipée et très bien située dans un village portuaire calme avec des restos et des commerces de proximité de qualités. sans oublier les belles randos balisées le long du littoral et dans les réserves naturelles dans les terres.
