Small new independent house of 40m² in a quiet property in the heart of Provence Marcel Pagnol. 5 minutes from the Marcel Pagnol trail, 5 minutes from the center of Aubagne, 20 minutes from Cassis, 800 meters from Marseille 11th and 30 minutes from Aix en Provence. From 2 to 4 people including 1 room with bed 140 and a sofa bed 2 places in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and 1 terrace and parking. pool sharing with the owners from June 15th, weather permitting.

Location très agréable et très calme dans un quartier résidentiel sans commerces.
Hôtes accueillants et très discrets.
Convient parfaitement pour effectuer des randonnées autour du
Garlaban ( départ des randonnées à 5mn en voiture)
Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine non ouverte au mois d’avril.
L’accès à la propriété se fait par un chemin un peu escarpé.

Une adresse à garder ! Rien ne manque tout est propre et récent. Nelly et son Mari son très sympathiques et très discrets, tout est fait pour que l'on sente bien, un grand merci 😊

Lol cation conforme à la description et même plus. Très propre,bien équipé,bien situé..vue magnifique .
On aurais bien passé plus de temps,on se sent si bien .
Et que dire de la piscine....magnifique
Nelly est très disponible et très arrangeante.

Super petite maisonnette très propre bien aménagé et moderne avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Le plus la piscine et le jardin très bien arboré et entretenu mais aussi la climatisation qui permet d'avoir des nuits paisibles 😍🙏☀️🏊♀️. Je conseille vivement ce petit paradis sur terre non loin de la mer qui est a 25min de route grand max. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à notre écoute. Je recommande donc à 100%
