About this house rental
This beautiful traditional stone house completely renovated in 2016 is ideal for hosting a family and spending a holiday by the water. The house is located in kerret small hamlet between crozon and camaret sur mer in the heart of the peninsula 1.5 km from the beach of kersiguenou in the cove of dinan
It has 2 independent bedrooms (with sea view) and a landing bedroom (sea view), a living room with a very beautiful sea view, a separate kitchen opening onto the terrace, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The house is very bright.
It is equipped with wifi and satellite dish for foreign channels
There is private parking on the ground, a large fenced garden with trees and a wooden terrace with sea view.
The house is located 250 m from the road. It has no opposite and is not terraced.
The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in the summer season and preferably from Saturday to Saturday for school holidays.
Course stays of minimum 3 days are possible out of season
Possibility to rent linens and sheets
The rent is given without charges on the site.
Possibility to rent household linen and sheets
The rent is given excluding charges on the site.
The charges will be (water, electricity, taxes, wifi, cleaning, presence of animal) requested at the end of the stay.
In addition to the rental, the charges detailed below will be invoiced:
Package charges (water, electricity, wifi, taxes) are €40 (01/05 to 31/08) and €65 (01/09 to 30/04)
Compulsory exit cleaning: 70 Euros
Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per small bed
Bathroom linen on request: 5 € / person
If presence of animal: 10€ for the stay/animal
A security deposit of 300 € is required for the rental on arrival (this is not cashed and is returned quickly)

We had a lovely week in the cottage. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and the garden was a delight! The stunning local beach was a walk away, and other beautiful walks were a short drive. It was also very dog friendly and our dog did not want to leave!

Toll ausgestattetes, helles Haus in traumhafter Lage. Umzäuntenr Garten (hundfreundlich) mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit und kommen sicher wieder.

Ein sehr schönes, typisch bretonisches Häuschen. Sehr sauber, funktional und angenehm gestaltetes Interieur. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung. Wir hatten wunderbar entspannte Tage in herrlicher Umgebung. Im vollständig eingezäunten Garten fühlte sich zudem auch unser Labradoodle Lotte sofort "Doodlewohl".
