Tout est fait pour passer de bonnes vacances, la localisation (tout peut se faire à pied), l'appartement agréable, bien équipé, résidence calme, place de parking (indispensable ne au mois d'aout) prix compétitif. Un 2ème jeu de clés aurait été appréciable et renouvèlement de la table extérieure vétuste à envisager. Merci à Pauline pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Die Wohnung war für drei Personen perfekt geeignet.
Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, die nachbarn in der Wohnanlage waren sehr freundlich.
Alle wichtigen Lokationen sind von hier aus gut zu Fuss und per Bus zu erreichen.
Im Schlafzimmer, unter dem Dach, war es im Juli schon sehr heiß.
Dafür kann man auf der Terrasse ab Nachmittag toll im Schatten sitzen.

La residence est très calme et idéalement située à proximité (5 mm à pied) du petit port du Brusc. La location est conforme au descriptif, le seul problème que nous avons rencontré se situe au niveau de la terrasse ,qui était inutilisable, recouverte tous les jours par des fientes de pigeons. Nous devions protéger le séchoir à linge pour faire sécher les linges de toilettes; alors inutile de penser pouvoir se détendre sur le charmant canapé (lui aussi crépis tous les jours). Par 2 fois nous avons nettoyé ,le lendemain c'était de nouveau souillé.
Nous étions avec deux enfants cette contrainte a considérablement réduit notre espace!
