"THE HOUSE OF EMMA" is ideal for 4 to 6 people.
It is located in the heart of PERROS GUIREC close to the beach of Trestraou (you can do everything on foot: your shopping, the beach, restaurants ...).
This charming family house has:
-Beautiful sea view 100 m from the beach of Trestraou.
In a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the city center and beaches. You can park your car in front of the house (free parking) There are always places available.
Beautifully decorated in the style of the seaside, this beautiful villa offers all the comforts for a few weeks of vacation and discovery with family or friends.
The house includes:
- A large living room /, living room with 2 sofas (beautiful sea view)
- The table of the dining room can accommodate 6 people.

Great house in perfect location. Right in the heart of the town and ten minutes walk to the beach, yet very quiet. The house manager was very pleasant and responsive - we had a problem with the electricity on the last night and he came immediately. Two things would have bumped the score to a 5: more comfortable mattresses (very firm) and an information folder about the house, eg wifi code, location of fuse box (then we could have sorted the problem ourselves!) etc.

Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern.
Komplett ausgestattet. Allerdings ist der 1. und 2. Stock nur über relativ steile Treppen zu erreichen. Ideal für 4 Personen.

Très bel emplacement, à la fois de la plage et des commerces du centre. Seul bémol : deux chambres doubles minuscules, difficile d’y caser un couple, et les lits doubles sont tout petits. Salle de bain petite aussi. Manque d’équipements par ailleurs : ni carafe d’eau ni égouttoir. Et beaucoup d’escaliers à monter entre les trois niveaux.
