Exceptional location in the hamlet of Maïtaz in a large sunny clearing with panoramic views, in the countryside but on the slopes. Quiet and scenery assured between larch and fir trees.
Large chalet of great comfort (170 m2, total renovation in 2012, underfloor heating, south facing terrace) on 3 levels for 10 people: 5 independent bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
Access to the chalet on foot from the Mercure Arcs 1800 hotel by snowy path (10 minutes). As a reward, you wake up and go to bed, after a good sauna and an evening by the fire, away from the hustle and bustle of the resort, in a beautiful environment.

> 1st floor: large living room lounge / dining room, large terrace facing south, fireplace; fully equipped kitchen; double bedroom (140 cm bed) with bathroom and toilet;
> 2nd floor: large bedroom / game room with 2 single beds (2 x 90 cm); double bedroom with pull-out beds (120 and 90 cm); Bathroom with toilet ;
> Independent Maze: double bedroom (160 cm bed), bathroom (without toilet), sauna.
