About this villa rental

It s a fragrant land of graceful, sloping hills, with vineyards, olive groves and fields of sunflowers, all resting under Tuscan blue sky. Definitely there is no better way to experience all this than from an old-fashioned country house, offering lovely views of the surrounding landscape.
The Villa, which enjoys beautiful views of the valley and of the hills of Chianti, is situated in traditional Tuscan countryside, nestled on the hilltop and surrounded by unspoilt nature.
Five bedrooms, large living rooms, a cozy kitchen, everything is perfect for a family or group of friends who want to discover this wonderful Tuscan land.

We organize lunches/dinners or cooking classes. With us you can enjoy the local cuisine with our very good Chef and as well you can participate in cooking classes and the traditional barbecues. The Cooking Class at the villa is the best opportunity to discover the secrets and the tastes and the aromas of the typical cuisine of Tuscany and Chianti region.

Bedroom 4: twin beds , large living room with balcony and fireplace, bathroom ( Wc, shower, bathtub, sink, bidet),.
Bedroom 5 : double bed and bathroom en suite ( Wc, shower, bide, sink).
In the villa you will find WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.
There is a large swimming pool with gazebo and deck shared with our second villa " villa Casanova" .
Our guests have a total privacy, the villa is located far from busy streets, surrounded by beautiful landscape of Chianti. The villa is accessed by a private path of cypresses.
Please kindly note that we usually rent the villa from Saturday to Saturday but if you wish to arrive in a different day, kindly asking you to contact us.
The Swimming pool is shared with our second villa ( villa Casanova )
- The gas heating ( when needed) but it is not included in the villa s price
- The tourist tax is 1,5 euro/person
- Daily cleaning upon request
- Wedding planner upon request

The beautiful villa is located in a very favorable point to discover the Chianti area.
The nearest train station is 5 km far and the exit of the motorway A1 ( Valdarno-Montevarchi) is 15 km far .
The property is an hour and a half drive from Pisa airport and fifty minutes drive from Florence airport, so renting a car is recommended.

There are no words to describe how wonderful our week vacation was during the month of August. Our party consisted of six adults and four young children (2 - 11 years old). We arrived with high expectations, which were greatly exceeded. The villa was very cleaned and the surrounding property are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The views are wonderful when we enjoy a meal and glass of wine al fresco in the evening. The interior is spacious, comfortable and cool, even without air-conditioning in August. The garden is beautifully maintained and an absolute delight. The pool is perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing or to spend a lazy day at home. The villa is located in approximately a 5 km drive from a small town. Restaurants and grocery stores are easily accessible by car and are 1 km distant. Arezzo is less than 30 min by car, Siena 40 min and Florence 50 minutes. The property is very well located and is the perfect place to experience Tuscany at its fullest. Claudia is great!! She is very friendly and she is always available when needed and extremely helpful with any needs that may arise. If you are looking for an unforgettable Tuscan vacation and a real tuscan villa, you will not be disappointed.
