Come and relax in this haven of peace, appreciate the authentic charm of this old restored farmhouse, of local architecture, with vaulted ceilings, with a surface of 65 m², facing south
House offered for weekly rental only,
from the beginning of May from May to the end of September.

you will be the only occupants of the house

- 1 equipped terrace facing south + barbecue,
grassy area,
bike room,

family table / chairs (6), armchairs, wood stove, TNT flat screen TV
Kitchenette
electric / gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, host, electric coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, cookware. .

1 st: 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed
2nd: 1 double bed
- 1 bathroom with washing machine and Wc
Heating: 1 electric convector in each room, 1 wood stove in the living room, 1 new wood stove in the bedroom for the double bed
*** A Guarantee Deposit) of 300 € by check (not cashed) will be requested upon signature of the Contract and returned within 2 weeks after your stay
** For foreigners this Guarantee Deposit will be paid by bank transfer one month before arrival in the accommodation
= Paid options:
Sheets = € 17 (fabrics) € 10 (disposable)
Bathroom linen = 8 € per person
Final cleaning = 50 €
Without payment of the Final cleaning option, the house will have to be cleaned and put away as you found it on your arrival
The Tourist Tax of € 0.80 per night and per person over the age of 17,
** Guarantee Deposit and Tourist Tax options will be sent by Check or Transfer one month before the date of entry into the accommodation
