About this cottage rental
Catering rated 3 stars ***. Independent entrance, side garden of the house of the owner, in the middle of a large area of trees and flowers of 1500 m².
Its surface of 65m ² habitable, allows the reception of a family of 4 people.

* Large living room 20 m² with sliding patio overlooking the garden furniture. This room is arranged with a large table, sofa, coffee table and a sofa bed convertible into 2 beds of 1. 90 x 0. 9 (mattress and slatted bases).
* Complete kitchen with table and benches, equipped with oven, 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, and small appliances.
* Bathroom, washbasin, walk-in shower, sauna (with energy participation of 8 E the session)
NON-PRIVATE ROOMS. (to share with the owner)
* Attached room with the dishwasher reserved for the cottage and a washing machine (owner) for occasional use.
* Garage by bike or motorbikes in local adjoining and closed.

* 4 seater garden furniture + barnum sun visor

We are located at the entrance to the village of Kutzenhausen. Halfway between Wissembourg and Haguenau and 1 km from Soultz-sous-Forets where are all shops and services. SNCF puts a link to Strasbourg 40 Minutes.

The "Alsace Verte" has remained authentic, visit the Maison Rurale, the Oil Museum, the Pottery Museum, the War Museum of 1870, the 39-45, the Maginot Line, the typical half-timbered villages , the wine cellar of Cleebourg ...
The Regional Park of North Vosges, offers its many castles, beautiful forests and numerous hiking trails.

This property was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The grounds were lovely, with patio, arbor, large trees, fruit trees, and garden. Very relaxing atmosphere. We were here for six nights, and really enjoyed our stay. This property has everything you need! I highly recommend it!

Malgré que nous ne sommes pas resté longtemps au gîte, nous avons été très agréablement accueillis par les propriétaires.
Nous avons aussi été très bien conseillés sur les lieux à visiter.
De plus la région est magnifique.
A refaire au printemps ou en été.
