About this apartment rental
At the foot of the Croix des Gardes, in residence Cannes Villa Francia with 1 swimming pool and paddling pool, 3 rooms apartment of 38 m2 + 7 m2 covered terrace, climatisation, with stunning sea views (Bay Cannes and Lérins islands) and swimming pool (see photo), the 2nd and last floor, fully equipped for 6 people. Porch without neighborhood, facing south and overlooking the sea and swimming pool, equipped for meals and rest. You can eat breakfast and lunch on the terrace in the sun all winter. Swimming pool lit each evening.
The apartment is quiet end of a corridor (pinion, no way).
Renovated apartment with kitchenette with dishwasher and induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher new equipment and appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans Tefal, pressure cooker, iron, vacuum cleaner, fan, ... ). High Chair.
Living / dining room for 6 people, overlooking the south terrace and infinity pool, with sofa bed (sleeps 2), flat screen TV TNT national and international channels, CD and DVD player.
Two bedrooms with windows overlooking the garden, one with double bed (140), the other with 2 bunk beds (remade in 2011).
Bathroom and shower room (rebuilt in 2019) with electricl radiator, hairdryer. Many closets. Safe in the apartment.
Secure parking basement with access code included in the rental price.
Infinity pool and wading pool with sunbeds, open from April to November.
Beautiful wooded 7-hectare park with exotic plants, quiet, tennis, table tennis, playground (slides ...), sports ground with basketball equipment.
10-minute walk from sandy beaches (Plages du Midi) or 3 minutes by car, 3 km from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals (30 minute walk along the sea 10 minutes drive), 2 kilometers markets and shops, bus 200 m.

The property was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters, who loved the pool area!There is a sunbed hire charge though which can be easily purchased pool side either direct or through an app (QR code) and are charged as either full or half days. Not particularly cheap but the pool area was extremely clean and well managed. Cooler fridge available to purchase cold drinks. No food is allowed inside pool area but there is a pleasant terrace adjacent to the pool with picnic tables to have lunch etc.The nearest beach was a five minute walk away where there was a great restaurant (Maracana Plage) for food/drinks etc. There are also numerous street food vendors running along the promenade every 1000m or so.Car or car hire is essential for food shop runs as there is not an on site mini supermarket. There is a large supermarket (Intermarche) though at the nearest town (130 Avenue Francis Tonner), which is a five minute drive away.Having a reserved car park space in the underground car park was a god-send, as parking outside of the complex (and everywhere else) was a bit of a nightmare.Please be aware though that Cannes marina is a good 20 minute walk (pleasant enough along the promenade/beach road) but having an Uber account helps for getting home again). Uber's from the front of the marina (port square) cost about 11-13 and arrive usually minutes after ordering, so no waiting around for taxis.Would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend!!

Appartement en super état, vue de folie, très propre et fonctionnel, petit bémol sur la chambre d'enfants vraiment trop étroite.
