Character house for 4. Large living room of 40m2 with living room, fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small garden
Upstairs two bedrooms separated by a bathroom (shower and sink) Right a large bedroom with a bed of 180. To the left a very large open room with 2 single beds in an alcove. The staircase to the first floor is secured with a fence for children
In the garden, you have: garden furniture and barbecue
Private parking is available to park your car
Great Sands Beach is within walking distance without fear of cars, it is supervised in summer and all water activities are represented.
All shops are approximately 2 km from the village
Many activities are available on the island: hiking, introduction to fishing, bike rental etc ..
The island is very beautiful and you will fall under its spell!

Jolie petite maison de pêcheur très bien située et idéalement équipée pour passer d’excellentes vacances en famille.
Petit bémol sur la cheminée qui mériterait un bon ramonage, et la douche qui devient obsolète. Quelques toiles d’araignées mais rien de problématique (mais bon à savoir pour les arachnophobes). Pas de vis à vis côté jardin, très agréable.
Propriétaire et gérante sympathiques.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour Groix.

La maison est dans un joli village tout près de la très belle plage et du sentier côtier. Un séjour très agréable en famille.

Bien jolie "masure" bretonne traditionnelle mais inadaptée aux personnes âgées (escalier dangereux) D'autre part la propreté des locaux ,de la vaisselle, du jardin, laisse à désirer. Plutôt folklorique l'entretien de la maison....
La situation géographique est très agréable et permet l'accès rapide à des sites remarquables. L'accueil chaleureux à tous les niveaux compense les réserves émises ci-dessus.
