Comfortable and friendly, the villa is located in a quiet area on a wooded plot where you will only hear the cicadas and enjoy the sun all day around the pool.

The villa is located near the beaches and shops (Polygone Riviera). Nice Airport is 6 km away .. Close to historic tourist sites (Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Grasse, old center of Nice ...). For golf lovers, very beautiful courses (Opio, Valbonne, ...) are located 20 minutes from the villa. The location of the villa also offers many hiking possibilities.
The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms for a capacity of 8 people. It also has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs, 1 of which is separate. In addition to the 3 terraces, the villa offers all the comforts of modern life:

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and the garden was really perfect. We enjoyed spending a lot of time at the pool. Our host was very kind, but did not speak english, what made it a bit difficult.Location was great but unfortunately no stores on walking distance. Would love to came back some day!

This is a great vacation home and is out of the way enough but super close to everything. Spacious home as we had 8 there 6 adults and two teen daughters. Pool and outdoor area are great and great family/large group indoor and outdoor dining. Operational pool light a great bonus. Just a couple of notes for future guests. There is a lovely ping pong table but no balls or paddles so bring your own or go buy them. Heed the warning on bringing beach and pool towels as there are only enought for one per guest and only kitchen hand towels. Lastly, if you are from the United States and expect powerful American Style air conditioning this house does not have it. That said, you can close the blinds and the bedroom doors and run the AC during the day and it will be temperate at night; however, if it is hot and you do not do this and the ambient temps do not cool down at night you will likely be hot. There are also no screens on the windows to keep out bugs if you want to open the windows and let fresh air in. These were minor issues for our trip as temps were around 68-70 degrees F at night and 83-86 during the day. I am pretty familiar with these split unit AC units but Maybe I was doing something wrong but I don't think so as I have stayed where some units are powerful and some are not it depends on the number of exterior blowers usually and this house seems to have only one for all the units. That said, I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Villa. It was a very spacious and clean house. It‘s a very quiet neighbourhood.

The villa was a perfect place for all 6 (3 couples) to relax in peace. The property has 4 large bedrooms that are comfortable and clean. The open plan living space is spacious and impeccable. The pool was absolutely perfect for us to cool cool down after soaking up the sun on the terrace or after day trips to Cannes or Monaco.The closest supermarket is a 25 minutes walk away from the property and we used Uber all the time. I would recommend hireing a car since walking for more than 30 minutes in the summer heat is laborious.
