About this villa rental
Detached house 120m2, on ground of 1000m2 closed of wall, very calm, sported, nice benefit. the house is south facing, the living rooms overlook the terrace and garden, ideal for a family with children to live a quiet holiday. 9m x 4.5m heated above ground pool with wooden deck equipped with a pull-down staircase, a swing with slide in a large garden with lawn.
On the terrace garden furniture and sun loungers. a veranda of 20m2 full of charm serves as a summer dining room due to its location between the living room and the kitchen. the living room of 30 m2 with a sofa bed giving you two additional beds, the kitchen and equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a large fridge with freezer, air-conditioned house.
2 cars enter a closed interior courtyard (possibility to park additional cars outside). The first shops are 300 m, the sea 15 minutes walk. Everything can be done by bike or on foot thanks to shady pedestrian walkways.

Das Haus hat alles übertroffen, alles top sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter anfangs schwierig weil nur Französisch aber es ging gut per Mail. Vorort konnten wir aber Englisch und Franz. Super kommunizieren.
Wir sind schon öfter in dieser Region gewesen aber dieses Haus buchen wieder sicher wieder. Danke nochmals für die tolle Zeit.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette petite villa. Propreté, équipements complets, situation idéale, piscine, accueil des propriétaires.

Belle maison de location avec piscine agréable chauffée. De la place pour les enfants s’amuser Ping pong... plancha à disposition. Grande table intérieure et extérieure . Chambre cuisine salle de bain très propre et bonne climatisation. Endroit très calme et reposant . Commerces à proximité, plage à 20 minutes environ. Location que nous recommandons . Elle est bien equipee tout est fait pour qu on s y sente bien autant à l intérieur qu a l’extérieur
Le jardin est 1 paradis de verdure et de fruitiers (sauf peut être les moustiques)
Je reviendrai avec plaisir
