You want a stay in a stone town house, full of charm between Earth and Sea.
Come to Plestin les Grèves, in our house located in the heart of town with all the amenities dreamed of on vacation.
Plestin les Grèves benefits from an ideal location for real calm holidays, but also sports and cultural holidays 1 km from the big blue, near the Monts d'Arrée, between Lannion and Morlaix.
1km from the sailing school, for sand yachting, catamaran, paddle, kite surfing etc ... .., less than 5 km from 2 equestrian centers for beginners or advanced, 10km from 2 golf courses facing the sea .
Old Breton house, built in 1820, was restored in 2015, with a concern for authenticity. We kept the stones, the two large blue stone fireplaces from Locquirec, put the oak beams and lime back on the walls.
The house, designed for 8 people, with a terrace and a large enclosed garden facing south.

Das Haus ist alt, aber liebevoll restauriert. Es könnte sauberer sein.

Zentrale Lage mitten im Ort und perfekt für Ausflüge. Schönes renovierte altes Haus und es fehlte an nichts. WÜREN WIR WIEDER Buchen

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse, bien située à proximité des commerces .
Son atout: une belle terrasse et un jardin fleuri ensoleillés.
Un bémol: chacune des 2 chambres situées au 3e niveau n'est accessible qu'en passant ( grâce à une échelle de meunier) par une autre chambre (située au 2e niveau), sans porte de séparation ( problème d'intimité).
