About this house rental
Le Clos Fleuri is a charming residence. It houses, in stylish houses, about twenty dwellings. You will be able to benefit, within a framework raised by Mediterranean essences, of the heated swimming pool from April to the end of October. You will reach the beach of Saint-Clair without crossing a road, in less than 2 minutes.
Our Mazet (T3) can comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults and a young child. It has been completely refurbished in a contemporary style. The kitchen is equipped with recent appliances. The bedding is of good quality. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, the upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a wide opening shower with a "sprinkler" shower head and a thermostatic tap. The toilets are separate. We are attentive to every detail in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
From the terrace equipped with a garden furniture and a barbecue, you will appreciate a calm and green quality environment. You will be given a key to access your numbered parking space located just outside the accommodation.
On your arrival you will be personally welcomed and will obtain all the information necessary for your stay.
Cleaning option at end of stay: 60 euros.
Security deposit: 500 euros to be handed over when the keys are handed over (check or bank transfer).

Property is in excellent location and has good facilities. Generally everything was good. There was Mould in the shower possibly due to ventilation unit not operating effectively, and this was only notable issue . This is only reason for non top scores

Les propriétaires sont très vraiment très agréables.
L’appartement est vraiment très bien situé, proche de la plage et une piscine très chaude, idéal avec des enfants.
Par contre le menage n’était pas au top
