About this chalet rental
This superb half-chalet, L'Ancolie des Alpes, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Its reassuring and calm location is perfect in terms of practicality and accessibility, especially in snowy weather. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away, and the ski shuttle stops outside the door. In addition, cycling and hiking trails pass by and run along the valley bottom.
The ground floor consists of an entrance, a utility room (ski room with boot dryer), two south-facing bedrooms (one with access to the garden), a family bathroom and a 'a reduced.
At the top of the stairs, the living room includes a living room, which opens onto a sunny terrace with electric blind, as well as a dining room, a recent kitchen and guest toilets. Very bright, the open plan living room is finely balanced by its soothing view of the Samoëns waterfall and its beautiful fireplace. An independent double bedroom with en-suite shower room is also on this floor.
The first floor also offers an adult bedroom with an adjoining shower room. The mezzanine floor, above, houses an office with ample storage space under the eaves, a bedroom with two single beds, a refurbished shower room and an adult bedroom opening onto a south-facing balcony.
Outside there is space to park several cars and a garden exposed to the sun all day.
Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 contain a double bed 160x200 and 2 contain 2 single beds of 90x200.
At disposal: Internet access with Unlimited Wifi, TV, washing machine and dryers, ironing board and iron, equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, raclette, fondue, coffee maker Nespresso, teapot, etc.), fireplace with wood available, 1 high chair, 1 cot.

The Chalet was enough for 10 people,very clean and almost new. It was very close to the centre and the main lift just 7 min by walk and the bus stop is in the front of the chalet. Also the communication white the property manager was perfect.We totally recommend this chalet.

We hebben hier 5 dagen gezeten om te skiën en te ontspannen.
Dat is prima gelukt.
Op de foto lijkt het wat gedateerd, maar bij aankomst viel dat 100% mee.
Alles is schoon en netjes, wij waren met 9 volwassenen en dat past prima.
Skibus stopt voor de deur, en het is 15 min lopen naar de gondel.
