Bonne situation, tous les commerces à proximité. Maison agréable avec un espace extérieur au calme.

Maison propre et très bien équipée, rien ne manque, spacieuse.
L'extérieur est aussi très agréable avec sa petite terrasse (qui évite de descendre dans le jardin pour les repas dehors).
En dehors du centre ville donc très calme avec le Lot qui coule en bas de l'impasse. Mais proche du centre ville pour découvrir Espalion
à pied et faire les courses.
Espalion est une ville qui permet de découvrir beaucoup d'endroits de l'Aveyron sans trop avoir à faire de voiture. Nombreuses et belles balades à pieds dans les environs
Nous reviendrons car il y a encore beaucoup d'endroits à découvrir
