Prestige apartment, on the ground floor of an individual chalet located in a privileged and calm environment, just 3 minutes from the slopes and shops (restaurant, cinema, bar, mini-market).
Facing south, the chalet benefits from lots of sun and a panoramic view over the whole valley.
With a wooden terrace of 100 m2 with an outdoor jacuzzi facing the Luc Alphand piste, this chalet built in 2016, combining the charm of wood and stone, will transport you to a break of calm and comfort. mountain atmosphere but resolutely contemporary.
The apartment offers luxury services with parquet floors in all rooms, a large living room with bay windows overlooking the terrace facing the slopes, three bedrooms with new high-end bedding and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, raclette oven, bar area ....
The service includes a private parking space at the start of the slopes, a private ski locker also at the start of the slopes, daily snow removal, the supply of linens (the beds will be all made and cozy for your arrival) as well as a outdoor jacuzzi.

Overall a very enjoyable experience in a well equipped apartment
The bedrooms were quite small, and as there were 4 of us, only having one bathroom was an issue
The living area was adequate and the deck and spa were great
Unfortunately only French programmes available on the TV
We found David was very helpful with his advice regarding activities in the area
Overall a good experience in an interesting area

We absolutely loved staying here. Sandrine was so helpful (thank you, Sandrine!) and we were treated to excellent Spring skiing and loved our evenings in the hot tub to relax. So many fabulous memories made.

Beautiful, luxurious modern appartment. Comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Fabulous view across the valley. Evenings in the jacuzzi a favourite with all the family. Sandrine was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. A private parking place and a heated ski locker close to the ski lifts was so convenient for skiing. We loved exploring all the skiing around the Serre Chevalier area. A fabulous stay - highly recommended!
