About this apartment rental
Pretty studio apartment with all the modern facilities you need for your stay.
Ideal for holidays as it is located on the seafront (feet in the water) not far from Nice city centre.
Easy access to the train station and airport (FABRON tram stop). It has a south-facing terrace facing the sea with a lovely view (4th floor with lift).
Household linen is not included in the rental price, but can be hired on site for €20 if you do not wish to bring your own, as well as end-of-stay cleaning for €30 if you do not wish to do it yourself.
Arrival time is to be agreed with the owner, who only welcomes guests between 5.30pm and 7pm on weekdays. At weekends, arrival is no later than 7.00 p.m. (keys can be left at the small Casino VIVAL for a fee of €10).
You have access to leisure facilities (restaurants, leisure centres, nightclubs, casinos, etc.) as well as cultural activities (museum, theatre and cultural walks in the old town, etc.).

Fantastic view, location, and value for my 5 day vacation stay in Nice! Apartment has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and everything I needed functionally. Plus it was a 2 minute walk to a) the tram station from which I could reach anywhere in Nice as well as other broader Cote d'Azur cities, b) a wonderful patisserie (which I visited every morning for fresh croissants, baguettes, and sandwiches), and c) a mini Carrefour grocery store. Marie Claire was a wonderful hostess who met me at the apartment to check in, made helpful suggestions, and communicated with me proactively. I hope to return to Nice and stay here again!

I loved staying at this well equipped studio. It had everything I needed. The tram is a few steps away along with grocery stores, boulangeries, and some great pizza places. The view on the terrace is fantastic. Truly wonderful.

Had a wonderful stay. The amenities are great. Fast wi-fi and you can cast the video to the TV. You have some grocery stores and restaurants nearby, but you can always hop on the tram to get closer to the city center. There is a bigger Carrefour Market 15 minutes walk from the flat that has a big selection of vegetarian food.Started my days with a stroll by the beach and buying some fresh baked goods for breakfast. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Our stay began with the good fortune of working with Marie-Clair, an extraordinary lady who worked hard to make our stay comfortable at every critical juncture from planning for to leaving Nice. The place is in a great location (Overlooking the Mediterranean) if you know your way around the city, and is well situated right on the new tram line. Bus 98 also has two stops "equidistant" from the front of the building. The unit has been nicely updated and is nice size when compared to other places we have stayed in Nice and the surrounding area. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen good sized and a nice size terrace is included. The flat is well equipped, close to the markets and several restaurants. We stayed 11 days and were happy with the choice from start to finish. Marie-Claire even extended several additions and cost free offers when we made requests in advance. She also suggested several area sites to see. If you intend day trips to Cannes, Antibes, EZE or Monaco, the St Augustine GARE (Depot) is nearby and can be easily accessed by going back towards the airport on the tram and getting off at the Animal Parc stop. You then walk about three blocks north from that stop. Access to the Promenade is literally one block and multiple buses can take you to the most fashionable areas of old own in five minutes (via Fabron or St Helene bus stops to Congress Promenade). We walked it several times and enjoyed every minute of the seaside. Highest recommendation
