About this house rental
Surprisingly privileged location, overlooking the sea. Private and direct access to the beach.
You will spend an unforgettable stay in this south-facing flat with direct access to the pretty sandy beach of Les 3 Curés.
From the living room, you overlook the sea and have a magnificent panoramic view of the ocean, the tip of Pen-Hir and the Tas de Pois of the Crozon peninsula.
You have at your disposal a complete and independent floor of this house built on the cornice of Bertheaume. The owners occupy the upper floor.
Living room of 16 m² with panoramic view on the sea including :
- A well-equipped kitchen: electric hob, fridge, rotisserie oven, microwave, coffee maker
- A dining area with a glass table and 4 chairs
- A lounge area with 3 armchairs, coffee table, television
11 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a beautiful view of the sea
Bathroom with shower, washbasin
Separate WC
Storage room of 5 m² with wardrobe and cupboard
Balcony and terrace all around the flat
Possibility to park your car in a private area, gate opening by digicode
Access to the beach by a well secured concrete staircase
Village and all shops at 400m
Aquatic centre with seawater pool, nautical centre, diving club
You will not be able to stay with your pet
Non-smoking accommodation
Water is included in your rental contract
Electricity :
- during the summer period (1st May to 30th September) a fixed price of 100 Kwh/week is offered to you, then actual consumption at a rate of 0.20 euros/Kwh
- in winter (1 October to 30 April) actual consumption at a rate of 0.20 euros/Kwh
Heating charge of €10.00 per day is compulsory from 30 September to 1 May

Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft, liebe Madame Gasté. Ein tolles Haus mit einem wunderbaren Balkon über dem Meer. Tolle Lage und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig. Trotz ungewöhnlich hoher Temperaturen für die Bretagne blieb es, dank der Rollläden, zum Schlafen angenehm kühl. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Heike und Robert
